Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@technestgadgets.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Dropshipping Notice Some products may ship directly from our supplier. As a result, delivery times may vary by product, and orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
